- For table service a tip of 15β20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

This place is a hidden gem slightly half the busy restaurant areas in oak tree ! This is still in oak tree rd ! I wanted to go here for a long time and at last tried this restaurant.. nice parking facilities outside.. but inside ambience is really goodβ¦ one issue though- the tables are tightly packed on one side and can turn really loud , if u are next to a party doing friend group :) service was really good.. and itβs BYOB. So itβs good for friends who want to drink a beer and eat good food . This is more an Indo Chinese speciality.. They also have regular north Indian food but I like their indoor Chinese version is much betterβ¦ chicken 69 was really really good.. tasted well and spiced well.. it had a red color to it . Hope they donβt use food colors . Chili chicken and chicken 65 were also really good. Crispy lotus was slightly disappointing . Most of the vegetarian food was normal to me .. non veg tasted better here . Garlic naan was really good. Good experience overall . Some items were pricy but could be shared with 2-3 friends. 4 stars . βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

We got here early one Sunday for lunch and were one of the first ones to sit down. We noted a very strong floral scent and while my family found it a bit too strong but I knewβ¦ the aroma of onions and garlic would soon fill space! We ordered several dishes to try and didnt even make it to the noodle and rice section! Gobi Manchurian Dry- fantastic crisp and blend of spices and right amount of sauce. I loved the soy garlic flavor profile and my only criticism was that the serving size was on the lighter side even for an app. Chili Baby Corn- Full disclosure- we anticipated the flavor of this would be too close to the gobi as we have seen in many restaurants. We were happily proven wrong- a very unique sauce with lots of cumin coming in. We all were scooping up the bell peppers with the sauce. This serving size felt more apt. Veg Kadai - Nice sized chunks of fresh veggies in yet another wonderful sauce. These folks donβt play when it comes to keeping flavors distinct! Tandoori Soya chop- recommended to get this with malai on top instead of the dry version. Perfect subtle char and the sauce was a nice addition. Only constructive criticism was it was a little more heavy handed

Best indo-chinese food I have had so far! The Manchurian and paneer chilly (dry and gravy) were delicious. The egg fried rice was well made! The soup was decent The service was and ambience was great. However the atmosphere here is quite lively with loud music, we were fine with that. There is ample parking available.

Bombay Blue is a fantastic high-end Indian restaurant with stunning dΓ©cor and beautiful interiors that set it apart from the rest. The service was fast, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. I ordered the biryani spicy and it was absolutely perfect β aromatic, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. My friend's naans and curries were equally excellent, fresh and rich with flavor. The menu has great variety and the quality is consistently top-notch throughout. The location is neat and pleasant, easy to find, and conveniently has plenty of parking. If you're in the Edison area, Bombay Blue is an absolute must β highly recommended!
